Manmeet is responsible for managing staffing business for Experis IT. Manmeet is a member of senior leadership team of the organization . He has been involved in developing innovative talent and workforce strategies for various Indian and multinational organizations . Conceptualized and successfully Implemented multiple managed sales and services projects for various FMCG ,Consumer Electronics , Media and Pharma organizations in Indian market.

He has designed and delivered various outcome-based solutions that manage people, processes, and workflow for organizations.

Avneesh Makkar

Group Finance Director

Avneesh Makkar joined ManpowerGroup India in January 2013 as Director – Finance. Prior to joining ManpowerGroup, Avneesh was associated with Elements Akademia and has earlier worked with Jet Airways, HCL, Tata Communications and InterGlobe.

Avneesh has 18 years of rich experience having worked in Aviation, IT, Telecom, and Education sectors across various functions such as Planning, Business Finance, Management Reporting, Controllership, Structuring large outsourcing deals, M&A as well as International Financial Operations.

He is an alumnus of IIM Calcutta and a Chartered Accountant.

K. Anita Kumari

Head-HR, Experis IT Pvt. Ltd.

Anita has been working with Experis IT Pvt. Ltd. since the inception of the organization. A sincere and dedicated HR practitioner, Anita has worked in various capacities in all the departments of the organization. With her sheer dedication and perseverance, she was the pioneer in setting up the processes in each of the departments of the organization and later moved on to take up the crucial responsibility of the HR. Anita oversees the HR strategies and processes of the organization. She is also responsible for integrating and aligning the HR functions with other Business Processes of the organization. She has an efficiently run human resource department which provide the organization with structure and the ability to meet business needs through managing the company's most valuable resources -- the employees. Her people management skills have helped the organization to acquire a competitive edge over the competitors.
